Conversion of a listed building in the historic center of Rennes

The Suitcase Hospitality group in collaboration with the Legendre Group presents its next hotel, which will be the largest 4* hotel in the center of Rennes. It is one of the most important reconversion operations underway of a listed building in the historic center.

This space will offer several experiences around relaxation, meetings, gastronomy and leisure, thus contributing to reinforce the attractiveness of the city center. After having housed monetary workshops, imperial messengers, a luxury hotel and then the headquarters of the Banque Populaire de l’Ouest, this emblematic building in Rennes is currently being completely renovated by the Groupe Legendre rehabilitation teams.

Crézé’s mission involves the restoration of all of the project’s historic railings.

Work began at the end of 2018 for a planned opening in early 2023.
